August 26, 2026 Update:
ACWA is raffling off a chuck wagon that was donated by Dr. Nick Nickelson. Tickets can be purchased on this website under the Store tab or by sending a check or money order to ACWA, P O Box 626, Belton, Texas 76513. Once the payment is received, the ‘official raffle ticket’ will be mailed to the address shown on the payment. Deadline to purchase ticket(s) is October 31st. The drawing will be held at the ACWA Annual Meeting on November 7, 2026.
April 22, 2026 Update on the August 14-15, 2026 1st Annual American Chuck Wagon Association Conference: “Preserving History, The Future of the Wooden Wheel Wagon” to be held at the Granbury Convention Center in Granbury, Texas. Attendee tickets and vendor slots are available under the Store tab. Or if you wish to send a check or money order, send it to ACWA, P O Box 626, Belton, Texas 76513. If staying overnight, the host hotel for the event is the Hilton Garden Inn Granbury at 635 Pearl Street, Granbury, Texas located very close to the Conference Center. Reservations are limited and only for Friday and Saturday nights. To reserve your room(s), call the hotel directly at 817-579-3800 and ask for the $159/night rate under American Chuck Wagon Association. Wednesday, July 15th is the deadline for hotel reservations.
If you choose to stay in other accommodations in Granbury, please let the hotel know you are attending the conference. This information can help ACWA lower their rate for renting the conference center for this event.
