ACWA has developed a private Facebook page for only ACWA members. If you are a lifetime or 2026 member, you should have received an email to join the page. If you did not, you can go to the Facebook page, ask to join and once your membership is verified, you will be allowed to join up.

ACWA has established a Social Media AdHoc Committee headed up by ACWA Vice President Bart Saucier. Bart’s committee is looking to update ACWA social media presence with a YouTube channel, Instagram and TikTok accounts. If you are an ACWA member and are interested in joining up with Bart’s committee, please send an email to towncreekchuckwagon@gmail.com.

August 14-15, 2026 1st Annual ACWA Conference: Wooden Wheel Educational Conference to be held at the Convention Center in Granbury, Texas. More information to follow; however, you can purchase your tickets or register as a Vendor under the Store tab. Deadline to register is August 1, 2026.

The American Chuck Wagon Association Board of Directors are encouraged by the re-opening of chuck wagon events, gatherings and cook offs in 2021. The BOD has prepared and approved the document, “Recommendations for a Chuck Wagon Event and COVID-19” for event coordinators and sponsors.
